What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal.
No matter which payment method you choose, please make sure to first select your items and add them to your shopping cart. We also recommend registering an account with us before shopping. This will save you the hassle of entering your information repeatedly, allow you to manage your orders more easily, check your loyalty points, and stay updated on your order status.
Why was my payment declined?
If you’re having trouble paying with a credit card, please double-check the information you entered, including your card number, expiration date, cardholder name, security code, and billing address. Also, ensure that your card hasn’t reached its limit or been temporarily suspended by your bank.
If the issue persists, we suggest trying a different card or using PayPal to complete your purchase.
If none of these methods work, please contact your bank directly or submit a support ticket with as many details as possible, including any error messages you received, so we can assist you further.
Why can’t I check out?
If you’re unable to proceed with checkout, we recommend switching to a different device or browser. Sometimes certain features may not display or function properly due to technical limitations.
You can also try checking out with PayPal Express Checkout to see if that resolves the issue.
