1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all labels and accessories included.

- Note: Do not send items back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without prior authorization from us. All returns must be sent by mail.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective product, damaged during transit, or wrong item sent), AlloLighting will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse the shipping fee.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., you don't like the color, size, or simply changed your mind), the customer will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
5. Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. No restocking fees will be charged for any returns.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit: The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
